Full Time Seasonal* Gardeners ( 15 positions Spring 2024 )
Qualifications:
- Seeking individuals who take pride in their work and the company they work for
- Perennial and annual plant knowledge preferred – will train
- Highly motivated achievers with excellent customer service skills who are able to work in a team environment
- Able to get to and from a variety of meeting spots in Calgary and area
- Able to kneel, squat, lunge, left and push for 8 hrs a day as well as to be able to lift 50 lbs from the ground
Full Time Seasonal* Supervisors
- Ideal candidates would have a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience and a good understanding of residential landscape practices
- Seeking individuals who take pride in their work and the company they work for
- Seeking individuals who enjoy leading and teaching while enjoying the pressure of meeting timelines and budgets
- Plant Knowledge: Perennials, Annuals & Shrubs for Zones 2-4
- Excellent work ethic and stamina to perform 8 physical hrs per day
- Able to kneel, squat, lunge as well as to be able to lift 50 lbs from the ground
- Customer service experience required
- Team management experience
- Valid Drivers Licence and are familiar with the Calgary area - company vehicle provided
